CloudWatch is employed to monitor the storage usage and data transfer activities, providing visibility into the system's performance and usage patterns. Additionally, AWS Budgets is utilized to set up cost alerts and track storage expenses, helping organizations stay within their allocated budgets and make informed decisions about data retention and archival policies.
